Our stunning Technicoloured 'Carbon Drip' Kiritsuke Knife has been hand forged with Japanese AUS10 high carbon steel, and manually sharped with 16 degrees cutting edge. Our 'Carbon Drip' Kiritsuke Knife features a hammered finish to the blade, and a coloured natural wood handle.
A Kiritsuke Knife is a sword shaped knife which features a very straight edge for slicing vegetables and a longer blade for slicing fish.
